A diff engine, not a table: each daily run snapshots key fields per NDC, compares against the previous run, and records what moved. The feed below is those records, newest first.

Data sources
  • NADAC — National Average Drug Acquisition Cost (CMS, data.medicaid.gov), weekly
  • FDA NDC Directory (openFDA) for product names
Method

Prices are CMS's pharmacy-invoice-surveyed NADAC per unit: weekly from 2025, monthly averages from CMS's per-year archives back to 2013 before that. 12-month movers compare each NDC's latest price to the price in effect a year earlier — the last published price at or before that date, since NADAC only publishes a row when a price changes. Direct arithmetic, no modeling, recomputed at each morning's ingest; drugs with no price update in 6 months are treated as no longer surveyed.
